What is Cuvvi?
Cuvvi is a premium subscription-based children's clothing rental service for kids ages 3 months to 7 years. Think of it as a curated, rotating wardrobe — you borrow beautiful boutique-quality pieces, your little one wears them, and you swap them as they grow. No guilt about outgrowing, no overpaying, no clutter.
How is Cuvvi different from just buying kids' clothes?
Kids outgrow clothing fast — sometimes in weeks. With Cuvvi, you get access to high-quality, elevated styles without the heartache of spending big on something that won't fit next season. It's smarter, more sustainable, and honestly more fun.
What ages does Cuvvi carry?
We dress little ones from newborn through 7 years old. With plans to expand!
Is Cuvvi available nationwide?
Yes! Cuvvi ships across the US.
Membership & Pricing
What are my membership options?
We offer just one monthly plan based on credits: Cuvvi Classic ($59/month, 5 credits). Most items are 1 credit with more premium pieces listed as 2 credits.
What is the credit system?
Credits are how you shop within your plan. Most pieces cost 1 credit, while more premium pieces cost 2 credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can pause or cancel your membership anytime — no questions asked. We never lock you in.
When do my credits reset?
Your credits reset on your monthly billing date. Unused credits from the previous month don't carry over, so make the most of them each cycle.
Managing Your Account
How do I manage my membership online?
You can manage your membership directly from your account page. Once logged in, head to the Account section where you can view your current plan and rental details, track returns, update your payment method, and pause or cancel your membership — all in one place.
How do I pause or cancel my membership?
Log in to your account and navigate to the Account section. From there you can pause or cancel your membership at any time. Changes take effect immediately and you will always receive a confirmation.
How do I update my payment method?
Log in to your account, go to the Account section, and select the option to update your payment method. You can update your card on file there at any time.
How do I track my return?
You don't need to do anything to initiate a return — just pack everything into your prepaid polymailer and send it back. If you'd like to track it, log in to your account and go to the Account section where you can view the status of your return.

What kind of clothing does Cuvvi carry?
We curate elevated, boutique-quality pieces - think smocked dresses, quarter-zip sweaters, seasonal outerwear, matching sets, and special occasion looks. Every piece is chosen with intention.
Are the clothes from specific brands?
Yes! Cuvvi carries specific named brands including Janie & Jack, Feltman Brothers, and other boutique labels. Every piece meets our quality and style standards.
Do you carry both boys' and girls' clothing?
Absolutely! Cuvvi's collection is thoughtfully balanced across both, with a style-first approach.
How many items do I get at a time?
Your credits determine how many pieces you borrow per rotation. 1-credit items use one credit each and 2-credit items use two. You can mix and match however works best for your child.
Swapping & Returns
How do I swap my items when my child grows?
When you're ready for something new, simply pack your current pieces into the prepaid polymailer that came with your order and send it back. Then select your next rotation and your new items will be on their way.
How do I return items?
No extra steps needed — just pack everything into the prepaid polymailer that came with your order and ship it back. You can drop it off at your nearest USPS location or scan the QR code on the polymailer to schedule a USPS carrier pickup right from your door. Please note that the QR code pickup option is specific to USPS.
How often can I swap?
Whenever you're ready! Since your membership is monthly, your credits reset at the start of your next monthly billing cycle. Return your current pieces and select a new rotation as often as your credit allowance supports.
Cleanliness & Condition
Are the clothes clean when they arrive?
Always. Every item is professionally cleaned and inspected before being sent to a new family. Cleanliness and quality are non-negotiable at Cuvvi.
What condition are the items in?
Every piece in our rotation meets our strict quality standards and is inspected after each return. Some items may show gentle signs of wear from previous use, and occasionally you may receive brand new items with tags still attached.
What happens if my child damages an item?
Normal wear and tear is completely covered — we expect kids to be kids. We handle all the cleaning and laundry so you never have to think about it. For anything beyond normal wear, we'll reach out and let you know. In the rare case that an item is beyond repair, you may be charged a replacement fee no greater than the retail cost of the garment. You will always be contacted first before any charge is made.
Do I need to wash items before returning?
Nope! That's our job. Just send them back as-is and we'll take care of the rest.
Sustainability
Is Cuvvi sustainable?
Yes — and that's a core part of why we exist. By circulating high-quality clothing among multiple families instead of letting pieces sit in a closet after being outgrown, Cuvvi extends the life of every garment and meaningfully reduces textile waste.
What happens to items that are retired from rotation?
Retired items are donated to families in need. We also give members the opportunity to purchase pieces they've fallen in love with before they leave rotation — so if there's a special outfit your little one adores, you can keep it.
Can I purchase an item I've been renting?
Yes! Just email us at hello@cuvvi.co and we will charge the card on file.
Gifting
Can I gift a Cuvvi membership?
Yes! Gifting is available. A Cuvvi membership makes a thoughtful, practical gift for new parents, baby showers, or any occasion. Reach out to us or visit our gifting page for details on how to send one.
