Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
We aim to make every order feel simple and stress-free.
Processing time: Orders and rental bundles are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Membership renewals: For rental memberships, your next bundle will begin processing once your previous return has been scanned by the carrier.
Holidays and high-volume periods: During seasonal launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is always free — both ways.
There are no standard shipping or return label fees for any Cuvvi order, including memberships, rentals, and retail purchases.
Every shipment includes:
- Free outbound shipping
- A prepaid, trackable return label
- A return polymailer for easy returns
3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We currently ship within the United States using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on your location.

Delivery estimates are based on carrier timelines and may vary due to weather, location, holidays, or shipping volume.
4. Expedited Shipping
If you need your bundle or order sooner, you may select Expedited Shipping at checkout, when available.
Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and current carrier pricing.
Please note:
- Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable
- Expedited shipping may not be available for membership renewals
- Expedited options may be limited during peak periods or high-volume launches

5. Rental Returns
Each rental order includes a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Return instructions:
- Use the return polymailer included in your shipment
- Attach the included prepaid return label
- Drop off your return with USPS or UPS by your return due date, as listed in your account or packing slip
- Keep your tracking number for your records
Risk of loss remains with you until the carrier scans the return package.
If your return label is lost or damaged, please contact hello@cuvvi.com for a replacement.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Cuvvi is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Carrier delays after the package leaves our facility
- Theft or loss after confirmed delivery
If your package is marked Delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Confirm the shipping address on your order
- Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office
- Contact hello@cuvvi.com within 3 business days for assistance
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact hello@cuvvi.com within 7 business days of the delivery date, or the estimated delivery date if the package appears lost.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement bundle, replacement item, or store credit.
8. International Shipping
Cuvvi currently ships within the United States only.
We hope to expand shipping in the future. Join our email list to be the first to know about future shipping updates.
9. Delivery Delays & Circumstances Outside Our Control
We do our best to ship and deliver every order promptly. However, Cuvvi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or carrier service interruptions.
