Cancellation policy
1) Subscription Memberships
When you purchase a Cuvvi Membership, you’ll receive recurring deliveries of curated rental bundles. These are based on the plan and frequency you selected at checkout (e.g., monthly).

Auto-renewal: Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle using your saved payment method.

Billing: You will be charged at the start of each new cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Cuvvi (Baby Borrow LLC) to store and securely charge your payment method for recurring fees, as well as any applicable late, damage, or replacement charges per our Terms of Service.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — membership fees are non-refundable once a new cycle begins.

After canceling, you must return all rented items by your scheduled return date to avoid additional fees.

Account management:

You can manage or cancel your membership anytime by logging into your account or using the Manage Subscription link in your confirmation emails.

2) Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
From time to time, we may offer pre-orders for new or upcoming collections.

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item not yet in inventory.

We may charge either a deposit or full payment at checkout.

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships by contacting hello@cuvvi.co.

Once fulfilled, normal return and refund terms apply as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
3) “Try Before You Buy”
Cuvvi does not currently offer a “try before you buy” purchase option.
All memberships are rental-based, and ownership of the products remains with Cuvvi unless explicitly purchased through a “purchase-after-rental” offer.
